About Sue Paskert
A Little History
I came to South Tampa in 1945. I graduated from Plant High School and received my degree in teaching from The University of Tampa. I taught grades 2 through 10 at public and private schools in the area and raised my family here. I now enjoy all of my children and grandchildren living close by!
About 20 years ago, we purchased our first family retreat on Little Gasparilla Island at Hideaway Bay Beach Club. It's been an island love affair ever since. We later sold the condo and bought a beautiful single family home on the south end of the island. There's nothing better than a family get-away place. My transportation to and from the island is by boat and you might see me going back and forth in the "Island Granny"!
On October 9, 1996, I was stunned by the news that I had leukemia. I was forced to leave my Real Estate business and work solely on getting myself better. After 7 1/2 years of fighting, I'm very happy to say that I didn't let cancer beat me. I'm healthier and happier than ever and back to working in the business that I love; Real Estate!
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are

hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a South Tampa and Little Gasparilla Island Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more efficiently. Technology has helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. While I am embracing new technology to benefit my clients, I won't change my "client first" philosophy.
